    At Base
    • Receive training and to learn all aspects of the company equipment: Theory
    • General workshop activities at the base, including repairing pumps.
    • Be responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.
    • Comply with all aspects of the company QA system.
    • Be accountable and responsible for duties as outlined.
    • Comply with the Company's Code of Conduct.
    • Assist with regular stock takes
    • Follow correct procedures when carrying out warranty work, and ensure all warranty
    • spares are kept for the required period.
    • Perform other duties as requested by management.
    • Be prepared to work on call and extra hours during our busy seasonal periods
    • Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory or market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
    • Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
    • Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
    • Coordinate sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
    • Analyse the territory or market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer value to the organization.
    • Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.
    Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products and services.
    Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.
    • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer need, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
    • Keep abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with marketing and technical service areas.
    • Participates in trade shows and conventions
