    JOB DESCRIPTION

    · Make sales, close deals and grow business, and have some fun while doing this.

    · Ensure customers are satisfied and perform any customer relations tasks/ functions that may present themselves from time to time. Your ability to prepare forms and reports is essential and ability to escalate issues when and if required.

    · Prepare presentations and reports when required.

    · Attend sales meetings and functions, and attend customer and supplier events. Excellent speaking and people skill are required and an aptitude to show a balanced confidence and humble approach.

    · Any other activities within the experience and capabilities of an account manager / sales executive.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    Please note that most of the below are “must have" , not “nice to have.”

    First and foremost, you need to understand, have passion and enthusiasm, mixed with the desire to learn as much as possible about what we do, how we do it, and what makes our companies successful.

    Requirements are:

    University Degree (3 or 4+ year programs)
    At least 3 years' experience in business or similar role.
    Able to spot errors, eye for detail, and an expert at coming up with great ideas and ability to express them. Will test you.
    Have managed tight deadlines and successfully put together presentations and information sharing and managed projects in the past.
    Ideal: Any courses in sales or interesting background in business development or sales.
    CSSI requires the successful candidates to have relevant experience. This is non-negotiable. For this position, we cannot take fresh grads or people who don’t check the above boxes.
