  • · Direct, optimize and coordinate full sales cycle through to the end result
    · Maintain, improve and develop key customer relationships
    · Meet the sales targets of the Company through effective planning and budgeting
    · Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets as well as ensuring sales leads are actioned in a timely manner
    · Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers and consumers
    · Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
    · Assist with debtor collections in conjunction with the accounts department and sales team
    · Motivate and direct the sales team where each one contributes in his best possible way and works towards the goals and objectives of the Company
    · Monitor and track sales staff performance by developing weekly action plans for sales team and monitoring its success thereof ensuring maximum productivity of sales team
    · Supervise, coach and train staff
    · Manage conflict among staff ensuring honesty, integrity and fair practice at all times
    · Manage and address customer complaints, consistently improving levels of service
    · Ensure efficient and cost effective logistics planning and management of staff for sales, fitment, collections and deliveries
    · Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeline targets
    · Driver’s License.
    · Strong business relationship networking skills.
    · Excellent professional work ethics.
    · Performance-driven, ability to handle pressure and be able to meet strict deadlines.
    · Self-organisation, coordination, prioritisation, follow up and problem solving skills.
