  • Administrative duties

    Order stationery for the department following the process and procedure and ensure that all necessary stationery is readily available;

    Collate and distribute documents; and

    Prepare and handle confidential documentation.

    Key Knowledge and skills:

    Attention to detail / detail focused.

    Good interpersonal relations and communication skills.

    Ability to work accurately and timeously within a pressurised environment.

    Ability to function with minimum supervision.

    Computer literate (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and accounting package).

    Report writing skills.

    Provide comprehensive and efficient administrative support to the relevant departments.

    Good organisational skills.

    Qualifications and Experience:

    Preferably a Secretarial Diploma.

    Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Secretary / PA.
