  • Seeking Call Centre staff
    for financial services company.
    Key criteria -
    Matric with English and Maths
    At least one year call centre experience
    Excellent telephone manner, receptive to clients complaints and queries, professional at all times
    Verbal and written communication skills
    Ability to handle high volume work, prioritise and work under pressure
    Studying towards or having completed tertiary education (preferably a degree or diploma)
    Advantageous if FAIS accredited or working towards
    Key duties -
    Handle inbound calls
    Dealing with queries and complaints
    Provide product information and maximise on up-sell opportunities
    Maintain accurate records
    Operate relevant call centre system
