  • Description

    Provide Remuneration support to the global group.
    • Drive the annual increase process for the Group: setting budgets, ensuring that Remco approvals and implemented and within guidelines.
    • Contribute towards and consolidate quarterly Remuneration and Human Resources Committee packs.
    • Document the Remuneration Annual Report. Ensure that all data is accurate and within all applicable legislations.
    • Analyse and interpret market data and present to Executive Committee on request.
    • Review overall Group Remuneration policies on an annual basis to ensure that practice and policy is within all applicable legislations.
    • Design and implement appropriate incentive schemes.
    • Promote knowledge sharing of remuneration and benefits to colleagues.
    • Assist in company restructuring efforts, including redesign and regrading of structures.
