  • Duties & Responsibilities:

    · Maintain & improve customer service levels

    · Manage departmental financial performance & profits

    · Implement and monitor strategic work plans in order to ensure service department productivity

    · Manage, coach & motivate employees within the department

    · Management of quality standards, assets, risks & admin processes

    · Adhere to Dealer Standards & Legal Requirements

    Minimum Requirements:

    · Qualified Technician advantageous

    · Computer literate

    · 5 years+ Proven Dealer Experience and managerial experience within a service department

    · Attention to detail, organised & structured

    · Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

    · Excellent customer orientation

    · Ability to perform under pressure & multitask
