  • Superior Support is looking to employ an additional Service Desk Consultant to join the expanding team. Candidate must be a good team player, communicate extremely well and able to work under pressure.

    Scope of Role:
    The successful candidate will be responsible for Speaking to customers, creating tickets and instruction the engineers. Candidate must have a good understanding of computers.

    Requirements, Specifications & Qualifications:
    Grade 12/ Senior Certificate
    Minimum 2 years’ experience in an IT Help Desk Environment
    Be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans in a friendly and professional manor,
    Must be a South African Citizen,
