    Requirements

    Min 1 years' experience - social media customer engagement/community management;
    communication skills - verbal and written;
    Administrative and organizational skills - attention to detail;
    Aptitude for problem solving and desire to see tasks through to completion;
    Strong analytical and numeracy ability;
    Strong understanding of social media platforms - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube;
    Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint;
    Experience using social media workflow management tools – Social Studio, Sales force
    Applicant must live in Cape Town.
