  • About the Organisation.
    Properties organization, recognised locally and internationally as Southern Africa�€�s leading independent real estate group and the country�€�s most awarded real estate company. They are looking to partner with a dynamic Social Media Manager who will be responsible for planning, managing and implementing its brand's content across the social media platforms �€� YouTube, FaceBook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and any other platform that may be added in future. This role can also include community management.
    Key Responsibilities
    -Support the HOD in the implementation of all Social Media content and campaigns.
    -Develop and maintain a Social Media Content Calendar (copy and visuals) in advance and schedule posts onto the various platforms.
    -Manage and optimise the paid for advertising on Social Mediachannels.
    -Manage internal stakeholders (Brand, Sales, Legal) to ensure social media content is in line with brand CI and to obtain necessary approvals.
    -Community management - building relationships with users on social channels, and in doing so, increase positive brand sentiment.
    - Work with PR & Corporate Communications team to manage any online reputation issues on social media channels.
    - Reporting �€� produce reports on social media metrics and continually look for new ways to improve on these metrics.
    Key Competencies
    -Must have a solid understanding of Digital and social media principles and best practice campaign execution.
    -Must have a solid understanding of the technical requirements involved in the execution of social media campaigns (both paid for and organic), from targeting to post campaign analysis.
    Appropriate tertiary marketing qualification preferably marketing related
    (degree / diploma).
    At least 3 years experience in social media management.
