    AA/EE position. Must have at least 5 years management experience in a 5* property in a medium sized kitchen. International experience preferred. Must have experience in a find dining and a la carte service. Able to produce innovative and modern dishes to the highest standards with a flexible and adaptable attitude. Good interpersonal and communication skills - will be interacting with guests. The core function the Sous Chef is to assist in the management of the lodge kitchen alongside the Senior Sous and Head Chef.
    Live in position with single accommodation offered on site.
