    My client in the Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve is currently looking for a Sous Chef. Must have tertiary culinary qualification with at least 2 years' experience in the same or similar position in a 5* fine dining a la carte environment. Good communication skills with the ability to work in a team. Working a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle. Single live in position with accommodation offered onsite.
