  • Must have a previous 2 - 3 years experience in a senior or similar position in a world class, fine dining 5 star environment. Must be creative, passionate and up-to-date with current culinary trends. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with guests on a daily basis. Must be a good leader, able to train and supervise junior staff. Duties include running the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef; menu planning, costing and creating; preparing food to 5 start standards and interacting with guests.
    Will be working on a 6 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle.
