  • Summary of role:

    Everest Wealth is a specialist investment management business focusing on personal share portfolio solutions. You will be required to maintain overall responsibility for rendering all inclusive operations management and support to Everest Wealth in the areas of client service, administration, systems and finance.

    A critical element of the role is leading and motivating a team of administrative staff to ensure they deliver on all the business objectives and giving the best service possible. You'll also be expected to know your company's products, systems, procedures and policies inside out and be able to mentor and coach your team as well as work with the CEO to support the functions of finance, systems and administration.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    [1] Issue invoices to, and allocate invoices from, customers and or suppliers

    [2] Prepare monthly sales and payroll values for processing

    [3] Prepare monthly sales and commission values for authorisation and payment

    [4] Manage and maintain investment product administration systems and processes

    [5] Manage and maintain client relationship management systems and processes

    [6] Manage and maintain client administration process including new clients, client withdrawals, client changes, client income and client additional investments

    [7] Manage and maintain investment statements and reporting to clients

    Minimum requirements:

    [1] 3 years minimum financial services experience – investment industry focused, whether in administration, service or advice

    [2] 1 year minimum team management experience is preferable

    [3] NQF Level 5 or higher – investment or wealth management orientated qualifications ideal

    [4] RE exams would be a benefit

    [5] Financial advisory or investment administration experience


    [1] Team management skills, including mentoring and coaching

    [2] Sound organisation and planning

    [3] Client services and outcome/solutions driven

    [4] Ability to multitask and prioritise

    [5] Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    [6] Resilient

    [7] IT and computer literate
