    Market leader in hosting and infrastructure service provider industry, based in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town, has a position open for an experienced Technical Customer Service Consultant.

    Your main function is to provide technical assistance to clients. This is a fast-paced environment and offers a rewarding career to the right candidate. The company believes in coaching and mentoring , with ongoing training and incredible opportunities for growth.

    Salary on offer from R14K - R20K per month, depending on previous working experience. Normal office working hours from Monday to Friday, with no shift work.

    Requirements for the position include:

    Minimum Tertiary Qualification (diploma / certificate / degree).
    Previous technical customer service experience in the field of ISP
    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
    Great listening skills and patient by nature.
    Working experience must be at least 3 years and no job hoppers please.
