Essential Skills/Requirements:



• Completed Matric (with maths)

• ISEB/ ISTQB testing qualification or equivalent

• 2-3 years’ work exp in IT Test Environment

• Coding Skills preferably in Java/JavaScript

• Good understanding of automation testing tools & testing web based software applications using Selenium, Java or similar technologies

• Automation& manual testing knowledge

• Capable of performing OS, VM & software installations

• Exp in creating & maintaining testing environments

Preferable skills

• ISTQB Advanced Level Technical Test Analyst qualification

• Exp working with Network Simulation tools e.g. MIMIC, GNS

• Linux skills



Duties

• Contribute to the Technical Testing function (manual & automation) to meet testing requirements

• Perform software testing (Front end, Back end & data validations) to complement existing UI testing

• Be able to work independently to deliver work outputs that meet the quality & standards of the company
