    Sales Consultant
    The role of the Sales Consultant, is to build a sales pipeline, sell and close deals on the phone in order to achieve targets. This Sales Consultant’s main focus will be engaging with clients daily to assist them to empower their lives by attending seminars. This is an office based position that requires minimal travel within Johannesburg if necessary.
    DeMartini Institute is looking for Skilled, knowledge and experienced individual who is available to start immediately as one of our Sales Consultant.

    2. Maintaining and building a sales pipeline with a strong focus on client relationships and engagement.
    3. Being a confident, assertive individual that is part of a high-performance team culture, responsible to contributing positively to the greater purpose and culture of the Institute.

    Position Details

    * Sales Role -Getting in touch with clients on a daily basis (telephonically) to achieve daily, weekly, monthly,
    overall sales targets as per KPI’s and Maintaining current client relationships. Positive culture and
    environment in Sales Team
    * Sales Process -Full accountability for the execution of the sales plan.
    * Sales Pipeline - Create, maintain and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and funnel information.
    CRM (Infusionsoft) management and use for sales objectives.
    * Demartini Brand - Growing awareness and creditability of the Demartini brand. Act as a Brand
    Ambassador at all times.
    * Reporting - Track and be aware of the financial status of all your clients in your pipeline.


    * Communication skills -
    Able to phone customers and problem solve, immediately or within a 12-hr. time frame of query.
    Follow up with e-mails within a 12-hour period and cc the relevant people, to ensure positive
    communication,100% satisfaction from Sales Manager & clients. Work within a sales team with Sales
    Manager and not in isolation. etc
    * Leadership / Attitudes -
    Friendly and service orientated, self-starter, pleasant/helpful/optimistic, minimal supervision required,
    ability to self-manage.
    A highly confident, motivated individual. Excellent sales skills. A go getter.
    * Key Competencies -
    An individual that takes accountability. Ability to work independently & self-managed. Problem Solver.
    Excellent Communicator. Expert sales person with excellent sales tracking record. Ability to meet
    deadlines at all times. Motivator.
    * Technical ability -
    Solid understanding of CRM & telephonic systems.
    Excellent understanding of sales cycles, sales stages, pipeline management, conversion ratios.
    Ability to analyze a market and identify sales opportunities. Very good computer literacy in Microsoft
    (Work, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet).
    * Professionalism -
    Dress code should reflect the hi -end image the company wishes to project to its
    customers. To be punctual and adhere to set times of telephonic appointments with clients.
    * Organizational skills -
    Adhere to all company policies and procedures. The ability to action what has been
    tasked. To maintain your sales pipeline and paperwork in all areas of your job.
    * Experience - 2 - 8 years’ experience as a Sales Executive/Consultant. Strong track record of achieving
    targets. Experience in reaching goals through telephonic sales.
