SERVICES QUALITY ASSURANCE

At Latopath we operate a stringent quality policy management system that is tailored to individual project needs whilst maintaining strict standards.

Contracted sites are subjected daily quality inspections carried out by executive and are recorded and integrated into company documented quality procedures of which are reviewed by Members of the board on a monthly basis, followed by analysis on the quality of the current delivery model.

This ensures we provide high levels of service which meets our quality objectives against executive prescribed key performance indicators.

Allowing us to provide continuous improvement to our systems that are reviewedinternally by executive on 1 : 1440hr basis and annually by shareholders.

OPERATION

The current staff complement comprises of 5 permanent and 25 contract employees that are contracted when and if the company has a contracted project. Each site is under the supervision of a project manager, chief officers of project functions, senior employees and team leaders who are also the company projects steering committee. We generally employ a non-technical labour force from within the community closest to the operations so as to minimize travelling expenses potential contract employees as well as creating labour resourced communities. The company is also notified of any problems being experienced by an employee who can be supported immediately if need arises.

As a small company we have developed meaningful and long term relationships with our employees and the communication channels are very strong.

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY

Our managerial team prides itself in prioritising on the health and safety of employees in the workplace and at company contracted sites, this priority is met by quarterly scheduled training programmes that stimulate and condition a healthy and safe business unit in this manner our overall service and product quality remains efficient and industry standard our health and saftey procedures also include daily inspections of all employee protective equipment carried out by the site manager.
