The Flooring Industry Training Association (FITA) is the official facilitator of accredited training for all flooring installers.A desperate need for new and skilled artisans in the country led to the formation of the association. The Construction, Education and Training Authority (CETA) has formed a partnership with FITA and a pilot project to improve skills, create career paths and increase employment in the construction industry. FITA will maintain a register of installers and their qualifications nationally
